Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Loupe (“the Service”), operated by Loupe (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Loupe provides AI-assisted market intelligence for luxury collectibles — watches, art, wine, handbags, and similar assets. You may submit photos or links, and we return an estimated valuation and supporting analysis. All output is informational and does not constitute an appraisal, investment advice, or a guarantee of authenticity.

3. SMS & Messaging

By sending a message to a Loupe phone number or interacting with our chat channels (Telegram, SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp), you consent to receive automated and transactional messages from us in reply. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency depends on your use.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

4. No Professional Advice

Loupe is not a licensed appraiser, broker, or financial advisor. Valuations are estimates derived from public auction results, dealer listings, and machine-learning models. Do not rely on Loupe as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, insurance, or tax decision. Always verify with a qualified professional.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content to provide the Service and improve our models. You represent that you have the right to submit it.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Loupe to:

• Submit content you do not have rights to.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Misrepresent Loupe output as professional appraisal.
• Use the Service for fraud, laundering, or illegal trade.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that valuations are accurate, complete, or current. Market conditions change; models can err. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loupe's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.
